Saint Anthony 'Healthy Families Fair' at Winfield

Come one, come all for a fun-filled day at Winfield. Saint Anthony Medical Center, the Lakes of the Four Seasons Lions Club and the Four Seasons Fire Force will present the fifth annual Healthy Families Fair at Winfield. The half-day event features drawings, free screenings including pulmonary function screening.

There will be several free health and safety booths with information on Sports Medicine, Lions Eye Bank, Prenatal Assistance Program and more. This family - centered event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 9 am until 1pm at Jerry Ross Elementary School, 11319 Randolph St.

Get your flu shot (there is a fee), bone density tests, blood pressure exams, and vision screening for both children and adults. There will be an audiologists for screening for hearing for children. Added programs are yoga demonstrations and massages, and much more.

Free raffle drawing prizes include two Saint Anthony Medical Center Heart Scans (a value of $275 each), a mountain bike and more. The Four Seasons Fire Force will have fire prevention information as well as tours of the smokehouse and child safety seat inspections. The LOFS Lions Club will provide refreshments.
